Q: What types of boats do you have available for rent?
A: We have fully electric 6 person boats available for rent. These boats are fully equipped with a picnic table, speakers, and life jackets.
Q: Is fuel included in the rental price, or will I need to pay separately?
A: The boats are fully electric, there are no fueling fees.
Q: Who operates the boat?
A: We do not provide a boat operator. An individual in the party renting the boat must be designated as the operator. They will be given additional instruction before renting and take on additional responsibility as the operator. The boats are very easy to operate and have a low max speed of 5mph.
Q: Do I need a boating license to rent a boat?
A: No, A boat operator license is not required in the state of California in order to rent a boat.
Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my boat rental reservation? Are there any fees associated with changes or cancellations?
A: Cancellation and rescheduling are not allowed within 24 hours of your booked time. Cancellation and rescheduling are allowed with a full refund as long as your reservation is not within the next 24 hours.
Q: What happens in case of inclement weather or adverse conditions?
A: If bookings are cancelled due to weather or adverse conditions a full refund or option to reschedule will be provided.
Q: Are life jackets provided with the boat rental?
A: Yes, life jackets are provided for all of our boat rentals for adults and kids.
Q: Is there on-site parking available for customers?
A: Yes there is parking available on 329-399 W Weber Ave Parking
Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks on the boat?
A: Yes, we welcome you to bring any food and drinks that you like. We ask that you please dispose of any trash properly and refrain from bringing glass containers on board.
Q: Can we bring alcohol on the boat?
A: You may bring your own alcohol on the boat. We do not allow the designated operator of the boat to operate the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs. It is against the law to operate a vessel while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. Please refer to the full California law HERE.
Q: What is the age limit for operating the boat?
A: You must be 18 years of age or older to operate the boats.
Q: How fast are the boats?
A: The boats are meant for leisure and do not exceed speeds of 5mph at their maximum.
Q: How long can the boats be rented for?
A: The boats can be rented for 1 or 2 hours at a time.
Q: Are pets allowed on the boats?
A: Pets are allowed on the boat, we do not provide lifejackets for animals.
